Notice is hereby given that the Town of Denton Planning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., at the Denton Town Office, 4 N. Second Street, Denton, relative to the following applications:
RZ-21-001: A request by Rick and Elizabeth Bullock for a change in zoning classification for properties located at 617 Camp Road, Denton, Tax Map 103, Parcel 998, and 506 North Sixth Street, Denton, Tax Map 103, Parcel 1000, zoned Town Scale Residential (TR). The applicant is seeking a zoning classification change to General Commercial (GC).
SD-21-001: A request by Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Investments, Inc., for a Preliminary Subdivision Plan application for a four (4) lot commercial subdivision for the Denton Plaza Phase II, located on Shore Highway adjacent to Denton Plaza, Tax Map 105, Parcel 2363, zoned Regional Highway Commercial (RHC)
SD-21-001: A request by Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Investments, Inc., for a Preliminary Site Plan application for the Denton Plaza Phase II, located on Shore Highway, Denton, Tax Map 105, Parcel 2363, zoned Regional Highway Commercial (RHC). Applicant is seeking approval for retail and office buildings adjacent to Denton Plaza.
The applications are scheduled to be reviewed by the Denton Planning Commission on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., at the Denton Town Office. Due to the COVID-19 public health safety precautions, public access to the meeting room is limited and must be requested 24- hours in advance of the hearing. The hearings are open electronically to receive public comments using an online chat feature.
