Under the Annotated Code of Maryland Title 8 Home Improvements:
Contractors and Subcontractors must be licensed and construction documents must comply.
Commercial/Industrial property plans must have architectural seal.
Residential Water & Sewer Fees
Single Family Dwelling (Water)- $4,000
Single Family Dwelling (Sewer)- $5,000
Meter Fee- $600
