Just 60 miles from Baltimore and 100 miles south of Philadelphia the park is situated at the edge of town on Route 404 with 16 lots covering 90 acres. All sites are level and clear, with 8″ municipal water and sewer lines to all lots. Electric service is provided by Choptank Electric Cooperative.
