The Town of Denton Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 12, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., at the Denton Town Office, 4 North Second Street, Denton, Maryland, regarding the following petition #BOA-24-001 for a Special Exception:
A petition received from The Bartley Corporation for property located at 85 Engerman Ave, Denton, Maryland, Caroline County Tax Map 106, Parcel 2359, Lot 11, zoned Industrial (I). Applicant seeks a Special Exception for a combination use pursuant to Denton Town Code §128-163 (J). According to Denton Town Code §128-67, Combination uses require a special exception by the Board of Appeals. The combination uses include trailer sales and equipment and maintenance building.
The application is scheduled to be reviewed by the Denton Planning Commission on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., at the Denton Town Office. All citizens are invited to attend or comment.
