The Town of Denton Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., at the Denton Town Office, 4 N. Second Street, Denton, Maryland, relative to the following application:
SP-24-018: A request by Bohler Engineering for property owned by Strato Holdings, LLC., for a major site plan application to construct a Wendy’s fast-food restaurant to be located at 601 Legion Road, Denton, Maryland. Said property is located on Tax Map 105/Parcel 2477, zoned Regional Highway Commercial (RHC).
