NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF DENTON PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Denton Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Denton Town Office, 4 N. Second Street, Denton, Maryland, relative to the following applications:
SD-26-002: A request by Denton Site SW, LLC, for a preliminary major subdivision. The proposed subdivision creates a public right-of-way for the northern portion of the proposed Commerce Drive, from Route 404, Shore Highway, to connect to Legion Road, Denton. The proposed northern portion of Commerce Drive will include two parcels, Caroline County Tax Map 106, Parcel 2474, owned by JPA Venture LLC, and Caroline County Tax Map 105, Parcel 2479, owned by Denton Site SW LLC, zoned Regional Highway Commercial (RHC).
SP-26-009: A request by Denton Site SW LLC, for a preliminary major site plan to construct a WAWA Gas Station & Convenience Store to be located at Route 404, Shore Highway, Denton, Caroline County Tax Map 105, Parcel 2479, zoned Regional Highway Commercial (RHC).
