The Town of Denton Planning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., at the Denton Town Office, 4 N. Second Street, Denton, Maryland, relative to the following applications:
SD-24-005: A request by the Town of Denton, for a minor subdivision application to transition Lot 3 to Caroline County Commissioners, at 320 Sharp Road, Denton, Maryland, Tax Map 105, Parcel 2292, zoned Mixed Residential (MR).
SD-24-006: A request by Denton Project, LLC, for a major subdivision application to construct 18 single family homes at Market Street, Denton, Maryland, Tax Map 104, Parcel 903, zoned Mixed Residential (MR).
