NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF DENTON PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Denton Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Denton Town Office, 4 N. Second Street, Denton, Maryland, relative to the following application:
SD-26-001: A request by JPA Venture LLC, for a preliminary major subdivision. The proposed subdivision creates a public right-of-way for the southern portion of the proposed Commerce Drive from Legion Road, Denton, Caroline County Tax Map 106, Parcel 2474, zoned Regional Highway Commercial (RHC).
