TOWN OF DENTON BOARD OF APPEALS

The Town of Denton Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Denton Town Office, 4 North Second Street, Denton, Maryland, regarding the following petition #BOA-26-001 for a Special Exception:
A petition received from Sterling’s Dream for property located at 65 Engerman Avenue, Denton, Maryland, Caroline County Tax Map 108, Parcel 2359, Lot 13, zoned Industrial (I), owned by Donovan Marine, Inc. Applicant seeks a Special Exception for a combination use pursuant to Denton Town Code §128-75 D and §128-76 A (4) and (5). Per Denton Town Code §128-180, the Board of Appeals may grant a special exception for the combination uses of Wholesale, Distribution, and Storage and Industrial use categories.
The application is scheduled to be reviewed by the Denton Planning Commission on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Denton Town Office. All citizens are invited to attend or comment.
