TOWN OF DENTON
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Denton Town Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, May 4, 2026,
at 6:00 p.m., on the following Ordinance:
Ordinance #767– An Ordinance of the Town of Denton repealing and reenacting with amendments Chapter 73, Land Subdivision of the Town Code.
A complete copy of the Ordinance along with information on how to access the meeting is available on the Town of Denton website at www.dentonmaryland.com. and at the Denton Town Office during normal business hours. The Public Hearing will take place at the Denton Town Hall, 4 N. Second St., Denton, Maryland.
