NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF DENTON PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Denton Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., at the Denton Town Office, 4 N. Second Street, Denton, relative to the following applications:
SD-25-002: A request by Korat, LLC, for a minor subdivision plan application for two commercial lots at 325 Fleetwood Road, Denton, Maryland, Caroline County Tax Map 100, Parcel 1147, Lot 4, zoned Regional Highway Commercial (RHC).
SP-25-010: A request by Korat, LLC, for a major site plan application to construct a Tractor Supply retail store at 325 Fleetwood Road, Denton, Maryland, Caroline County Tax Map 100, Parcel 1147, Lot 4B, zoned Regional Highway Commercial (RHC).
