The Town of Denton Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., at the Denton Town Office, 4 North Second Street, Denton, Maryland, regarding the following petition #BOA-23-001 for a Special Exception:
A petition received from J. Richard Bullock for property located at 617 Camp Road, Denton, Maryland, Caroline County Tax Map 103, Parcel 998, zoned General Commercial (GC). Applicant seeks a Special Exception for a combination use pursuant to Denton Town Code §128-163 (J). According to Denton Town Code §128-67, Combination uses require a special exception by the Board of Appeals.
The application is scheduled to be reviewed by the Denton Planning Commission on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., at the Denton Town Office. All citizens are invited to attend or comment.
