The Town of Denton Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 12, 2022, at 6:30 p.m., at the Denton Town Office, 4 North Second Street, Denton, Maryland, regarding the following petition #BOA-22-004 for a Special Exception:
A petition received from Osita Ibe for property located at 1334 Market Street, Denton, Maryland, Caroline County Tax Map 106, Parcel 869, zoned Suburban Residential (SR). Applicant seeks a Special Exception for an intermediate-care home pursuant to Denton Town Code §128-163 (J). According to Denton Town Code §128, Appendix VII, Official Table of Use Regulations, an intermediate-care home may be permitted as a special exception by the Board of Appeals.
The application is scheduled to be reviewed by the Denton Planning Commission on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., at the Denton Town Office. All citizens are invited to attend or comment.
