NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF DENTON PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Denton Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., at the Denton Town Office, 4 N. Second Street, Denton, Maryland, relative to the following application:
SP-25-011: An application received from 4AC Den, LLC, for property located at 9696 Foy Road, Denton, Maryland, Caroline County Tax Map 106, Parcel 2473, zoned Urban Residential (UR). Pursuant to Denton Town Code §128-90 (D)(5), Applicant seeks approval for a special exception to construct an accessory building with a maximum height of 22 feet.
