NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF DENTON PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Denton Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Denton Town Office, 4 N. Second Street, Denton, Maryland, relative to the following application:
SP-26-014: A request by Carol House LLC, for a preliminary site plan application to construct a (7) unit multifamily dwelling to be located at 1005 Market Street, Denton, Maryland. Said property is located on Tax Map 103, Parcel 525, zoned General Commercial (GC).
