Town of Denton Notice of Public Hearing – December 11, 2023

The Denton Town Council will conduct a Public Hearing on December 11, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., on the following Resolution and Ordinance:

Resolution #896 – A Resolution of the Town of Denton to adopt the Town of Denton 2020 Comprehensive Plan.

 

Ordinance #750 – An Ordinance to amend the Denton Town Code Zoning Ordinance and provisions contained in Chapter 128 of the Denton Town Code with respect to multifamily housing and apartments.

 

Public Hearing notices pertain to pending legislation and pending development projects for the Town of Denton. These notices are also advertised in the newspaper for public review.
