The Town of Denton Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., at the Denton Town Office, 4 N. Second Street, Denton, Maryland, relative to the following applications:
SP-23-019: A request by Second Street Ventures, LLC., for a major site plan application to construct a brewery to be located at 108 N. Eighth Street, Denton, Maryland. Said property is located on Tax Map 103/Parcel 589, Lot 1, zoned Mixed Industrial (MI).
SP-23-020: A request by Strato Holdings, LLC., for a major site plan application to construct a three-tenant commercial building to be located at 601 Legion Road, Denton, Maryland. Said property is located on Tax Map 105/Parcel 2477, zoned Regional Highway Commercial (RHC).
