The Denton Town Council will conduct Public Hearings on May 6, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. on the following Ordinances:
Ordinance #716 – An Ordinance of the Town of Denton repealing and reenacting with amendments Chapter 73, Land Subdivision of the Town Code.
Ordinance #717 – An Ordinance of the Town of Denton to appropriate funds and estimate income in accordance with the General Fund Budget Adopted for Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.
Due to the COVID-19 public health safety precautions, public access to the meeting room is limited and must be requested 24-hours in advance of the hearings. The hearings are open electronically to receive public comments using an online chat feature. Citizens are encouraged to submit comments in writing by May 5, 2021, either by emailing LOrendorf@dentonmaryland.com, or by mailing them to the Denton Town Office at 4 N. Second St., Denton MD, 21629

Public Testimony is encouraged and will be made part of the public record.
