2022 Town of Denton Holiday Decorating Contest
The Third Annual Town of Denton Christmas Holiday Decoration Contest. The program encourages community pride by decorating in the spirit of the holiday. There is no entry fee to be part of this contest, but there are prizes.
The Town is not the judge; you are, and the contestants will need you. It is up to you, but think about the following:
-Creativeness
-Lights and Decorations
-Originality
-Overall Appearance
Awards: There will be three awards this year:
The Voter’s Choice (Residents, Visitors, ETC, who vote): $125 Gift Card
Santa’s Favorite (He will be judging when he does an early visit with Denton Volunteer Fire Department): $125 Gift Card
The Scavenger (Enter to win by guessing the phrase from the clues gathered to win): $50 Gift Card
**The gift cards are donated by community members who want to help spread the holiday spirit.
Nominations: Submit nominations online between now and December 10th, 2022.
Voting: The voting begins the evening of December 11th, 2022, and runs to December 31st, 2022, at 3:00 pm. The form is also available at the town office.

Decoration Scavenger Hunt
New this year is the Decoration Scavenger Hunt, allowing voters to win. With your map, all you have to do is visit the locations, find the QR Code, scan the QR Code, get the clue, and when you have scanned them, write the phrase down correctly when you vote. A winner from the correct submissions will be drawn at the January meeting.
