A joint meeting of the Denton Planning Commission and the Denton Town Council will have a Public Hearing concerning the Draft Comprehensive Plan, the meeting is  scheduled for Tuesday, May 25, 2010. The venue is set for the Denton Volunteer Fire Company, located at 400 South Fifth Avenue. This is also the regular monthly meeting for the Planning Commission, the regular meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. with the comprehensive plan public hearing to begin approximately at 7:00 p.m. Please continue to check back for updates concerning the Comprehensive Plan Public Hearing.

A printed copy of the 2010 Draft Comprehensive Plan may be viewed at the Caroline County Public Library, Denton Branch and at the Denton Planning and Codes Department between 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. A CD copy of the plan is also available at the Planning and Codes Department at no charge.
