Building code and property maintenance inspections are available through the office of
Planning and Codes.
- Inspections can be scheduled with a 36-hour notice Monday thru Friday by calling 410-479-3625.
- There is no charge for property maintenance inspections.
- Building code inspections fees are included in the building permit fee.
- Electrical and plumbing inspections.

A proposed amendment to the approved 2010 Comprehensive Plan can be viewed at the link below. The amendment includes the rezoning of one parcel, 808 S. 5th Avenue, from Suburban Residential to Regional Highway Commercial. A public hearing is scheduled for the amendment at the Town Council meeting on September 13, 2010.
